ifa Akademie is a full subsidiary of ifa, Institute for Foreign Relations, in Stuttgart, Germany. ifa is funded by the German Federal Department for Foreign Affairs. ifa Akadmie is ifaís training and education center. ifa Akademie has two major training branches:
a) courses for German as a foreign language,
b) seminars and trainings in the field of foreign cultural relations, education and vocational training, integration and social and labor market inclusion, including HR management, recruitment of international labor force, international assessment of skill.
As of 1/2017 appr. 4.800 students attend ifa Akademieís German language courses. In both branches ifa Akademie offers special training for volunteers and service agents in the public sector (municipalities), NGOs, migrants’ organizations and social and cultural experts. ifa Akademie has a first set of tool kits for multicultural management skills and reaches out to target groups such as migrants, refugees and third country nationals.
ifa Akademie works with local, regional and federal partner networks including NGOs, municipalities, state and federal ministries, migrant organizations, health services, schools and enterprises.
Furthermore, ifa Akademie has a solid background in education and training of professionals, young entrepreneurs, SME management and international development. As an academy catering towards international learners, migration students and new arrival skilled refugees, ifa Akademie has always been working with a broad multidimensional and multicultural context.
The University of Naples Federico II (UNINA) was established in 1224 through an Imperial Charter of Frederick II Hohenstaufen, King of Sicily and Holy Roman Emperor. It was the first publicly funded university in Europe. Nowadays the University offers courses in essentially all academic disciplines, leading to one hundred fifty five graduate level degrees. Research facilities provide support to all these courses. Students are given the opportunity to pursue intellectual development as well as the acquisition of professional skills. The Department of Political Science (UNINA-DPS) is one of the new 26 Departments of UNINA, activated by the Nationa Act n. 4168 of 28.12.2012 following the national reform of the University imposed by the previous National Act 240/2010. Over the years it has managed to acquire a more structured and flexible sorting, aimed to the study of complex political and social problems of contemporary society throughout precise assessments and comparative approaches. Didactics and research are inspired by a multidisciplinary approach suitable to attain a broader understanding of social questions in order to meet the contemporary challenges.

Stefan cel Mare University of Suceava (USV) is a research and higher education public institution, based in the North-East region of Romania, providing various educational programs to more than 9000 students. In September 2008, and again, in December 2013, USV underwent institutional external assessment carried out by the Romanian Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education and was granted the High Confidence Certificate, the highest recognition award in Romanian higher education institutional assessment. In 2007, the Romanian Ministry of Education, Research, and Youth also awarded USV for Multiculturalism.
The mission of USV is to promote and support the creation and dissemination of knowledge by means of quality education and training activities, research and innovation, human development and entrepreneurship at national and international standards, by promoting European fundamental principles together with the traditions and values of culture and civilization of Bucovina region, together with its specific multi- and inter-cultural integrated Romanian spirituality.

The USV Research Centers are oriented towards applied research, also participating in regional development projects that focus on the efficient employment of local resources and on the introduction of new management solutions in local administration.
USV developed and implemented the educational electronic platform “AeL Platform”, which is the outcome of the project completed in December 2013 “Development of a platform for e-education that will support electronic educational process conducted by the University Stefan cel Mare Suceava”, to the purpose of meeting the needs for information, education, evaluation, and management staff. The platform is a portal for managing e-Learning educational content, designing and populating databases specific to electronic education, creating a system of management training and training related documents, increasing e-Learning learning performance techniques, and ensuring e-Learning services for proper communication infrastructure.
D.A.F.N.I KEK (Developing Advanced Forces and New ideas through Continuing VET) is a non for profit training institution targeting to unemployed and NEETs social and market integration. DAFNI KEK was founded in 1996 by a team of scientists with the aim of combating unemployment especially in the female and youth populations. It aims to address these issues with high level vocational training based on the latest educational methods and technological innovations.
It is staffed by specialized personnel aiming at an efficient development of its activities and at the implementation of its future goals. It functions as a Certified Vocational Training Center ñ certified by the Greek Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs ñ and is a non-profit, non-governmental organization with a nationwide range of activities. DAFNI KEK is based in Patras, state of Achaia, Western Greece and the main offices are located in Elaiochorion of Dytiki Achaia – a rural area with roma and underprivileged populations (agricultural or domestic occupations). It is ruled by a Board of Management, which takes decisions on strategy, project development and local alliances. Trainers are certified and are drawn from an Official Pool of Certified Trainers in Greece by EOPPEP (Greek Organization for the Accreditation of Qualifications).
Main vision of DAFNI KEK is to provide possibilities in order to enhance the well being of the citizens especially those who are excluded from opportunities , with special concern the Youth in the threshold of labor market in priority. To this direction DAFNI KEK develops several initiatives in local or European level by using tools and mechanisms as OPEN BADGES and e- portfolio and guidance for employability (both tools produced in the frame of Erasmus European Partnerships). Guidance includes holistic approaches that facilitate their transformation of life vision in more hygiene and spiritual approaches through, based on conversations with the aim of helping people learn, grow and fulfill their potential and enable them to tap into their own wisdom. DAFNI KEK is a member of The European Association for Education of Adults, the Network on Outreach Empowerment and the Network for Intercultural Learning of Adults in Europe and currently active partner of IMPLOED – targeting to the underrepresented , unfulfilled potential of disadvantaged. DAFNI is also an active member of the EUROPEMOBILITY NETWORK (http://www.europemobility.eu/), which aims at stimulating both the quality of mobility and quality of work placement abroad by establishing an International Community of Mobility Coordinators, professionals and experts, responsible for over 15.000 mobility initiatives per year.

In December 2016, the European Commission contracted SYNTHESIS to develop policy recommendations for the development of an ecosystem of social enterprises in Cyprus. Major UK University
To move 800 staff to a new building and introduce new ways of working – namely “agile” working. This involved changing the work environment, work practices, HR protocols and implementing new IT systems.
